Content Policy
Approval matters. Successful payment confirms the booking, but submitted branding must still comply with this Content Policy before fulfilment.
1. A readable, legitimate brand
Submit a genuine brand name, short description, valid website or X handle and a logo you own or have permission to use. A simple, high-contrast mark is best on a white T-shirt. Logo uploads accept PNG, JPG and WebP up to 5 MB.
2. Content we do not accept
- Illegal goods or services, fraud, phishing, deceptive offers or malicious links.
- Threats, instructions for violence, extremist promotion or glorification of attacks.
- Hateful or dehumanising attacks, targeted harassment, doxxing or exposure of private information.
- Sexually explicit material or exploitation of minors.
- Impersonation, stolen trademarks or artwork, misleading claims of official affiliation or fabricated endorsements.
- False or unsupported accusations presented as established facts, or content that is unlawful to print or distribute.
3. Political context and endorsement
The project is connected to Ayush’s own documentation of a protest. A brand placement does not mean organisers, attendees, public figures or the project’s other sponsors endorse that brand. Do not use an official emblem, organisation’s identity or another person’s image without the required permission.
4. Review and correction
Preparing artwork or opening a booking form does not approve a logo for printing. Before a placement is fulfilled, submitted material must be reviewed. Ayush may ask for corrections or replacement artwork, or decline material that violates this policy.
If a sponsorship is declined before fulfilment, its paid sponsorship is refundable in full under the Refund Policy. Material changes to approved artwork or linked content may require another review. Rights complaints can be sent to Ayush with the spot ID and supporting information.
5. Permission to display
By providing approved sponsorship artwork for a live booking, you permit its use on the agreed T-shirt placement, sponsor profile and project photos or videos. You keep ownership of the artwork. Replacing a sponsor can remove their current placement and profile, but does not erase already published historical media from every copy.
