Privacy Policy

Payment and sponsor data. A position is confirmed only after successful payment and booking confirmation. Payment credentials are handled on the payment provider’s checkout, not on the public sponsor profile.

1. Information entered on this website

When you start a sponsorship booking, the site can send your brand name, description, website, X handle, selected amount, selected position and related booking details to the project backend so the spot can be reserved and payment can be started.

2. Logo uploads

Your selected logo is cropped in the browser and, when you continue with a booking, the resulting image is uploaded to the project backend for that booking. Approved sponsor logos may be displayed publicly with the sponsor profile and selected placement. Use only artwork you are authorised to provide, and avoid unnecessary personal or sensitive information.

3. Payments and external services

Payment is completed on Dodo Payments checkout. Card or payment-method credentials entered there are handled by Dodo Payments and are not intended to be stored in the public Protest 2.0 sponsor database. The hosting service and payment provider may process ordinary request, device, billing and transaction information under their own terms and privacy practices.

Opening X or another external website connects to that service and is governed by its privacy practices. Do not put passwords, secret access tokens or private payment information in public profile fields or links.

4. Device storage and retention

The site may use browser storage for booking access information and interface state so you can return to your sponsorship details on the same device. The backend stores booking, sponsor, logo, payment-reference and refund-status records needed to operate the sponsorship system and resolve support issues.

5. Public sponsor information

A confirmed sponsor’s approved brand name, logo, description, website, X handle, paid sponsorship amount and selected position may be displayed publicly. Private payment credentials, billing details and support correspondence are not intended to appear on public sponsor profiles.
